Moving into Old Ascalon, wtf! - Guild Wars Forums

Well I decided to move past Pre Searing, so then I end up in academy with a lvl 2,4,5 I believe group, Im a R/E8, so of course we get completely owned in the first battle, then we do the grall, I kill everything, then we get to Old Ascalon, I start talking to the quest giver u see when u first enter new world, then someone runs through the instance and I don't get to accept, so I click on map and go back to marker, but now I can't find that guy that tells me to talk to Sir Tydus I believe. Can anyone help me get back to him? Also what did I lose out on by losing that battle? Seriously, there is no level cap for keeping people out that don't know what they are doing?

I didn't notice any difference between when I won and when I lost in that PvP academy battle.

You should be able to just go straight to Tydus in Ascalon city to get the 'Defend The Wall' quest. If not, there are several NPC's as soon as you leave Ascalon out into the Old Ascalon area. There's one or two on your right side, and one a little to your left. If you go straight out of Ascalon, there are a few NPC's on a hill a half minute walk from town or so.

Ok, ty. Also someone told me I will see something cool since we killed the three bosses behind the wall in Pre Searing, The unholy guy and his two buddies, is this true? Myself and another ranger were able to do this by pulling his adds back to the monk.
